A look back on fall weddings

It’s now November (how did that happen?) and cold outside so I thought I’d warm up with some beautiful fall weddings from over the years. Hope it warms you too! #TBTWedding – The Cat’s Meow!

Referrals mean more to me than any other advertising because it shows that a friend or former client of mine has enough trust in me to do a good job for their friend.  Today’s #TBTWedding for Laura and Joe is timely – they are about to celebrate their 1 year anniversary on the 26th!

Laura’s mother worked with a very old friend of mine and when she mentioned some issues she was having with the venue for her daughter’s wedding, my friend gave her my name.  I’m glad she did because the issues continued to be a problem and I was able to help navigate the planning through 3 different sales people and lots of unanswered questions.  Ultimately, the venue came through and it was a beautiful wedding day.

It was so much fun planning with Laura and her mom!  They are really10522745_10153703409083249_7274688620494485201_n close and very much alike.  Here’s a cute shot of their “Mother-Daughter dance” during the reception!

 

 

 

 

Laura and Joe LOVE cats…I mean they really love their cats so they brought that love into their wedding day with a few really subtle touches.

Since their wedding Laura and Joe have purchased their first home and added an adorable puppy to the family – the cats are adjusting.

#tbt Honeymoon

As a planner, I can work with you from the moment you say “I do!” through the honeymoon.   I CAN plan and book your honeymoon (or vacation, re-tie the knot or family trip)  at no cost to you.

To celebrate #TBT today, I wanted to share a few honeymoon pictures from one of my favorite couples.  Jacob and Deb booked their venue and my services prior to actually getting engaged.  10366013_10152717092863337_5171505847180123959_nBut he finally made it official so we could “legally” continue planning!   While planning, they introduced us to Urban, their awesome puppy who also joined the wedding party.

Fast forward through an amazing wedding day at Turf Valley (see a great video here!) to their honeymoon at Sandals Regency La Toc in St. Lucia.  Having personally been to St. Lucia (and a guest at Sandals Halcyon), I knew the beauty and grandeur of the island with its perfect white sand beaches and the Sandals Resorts amazing services.  Deb and Jacob enjoyed a special night with a private dinner for the two of them on the beach and shared a few photos with me.

These two were not only celebrating their honeymoon but also a beautiful baby boy on the way.  Now, just over a year later, Hendrix will welcome his baby sister in a few months.  Much love to Deb and Jacob and your growing family!  I can’t wait to send you someplace beautiful again soon…once those babies are a bit older!
