With so many online options for researching and booking your own travel, what is the benefit of using a travel agent/advisor?
I have seen many friends post on social media asking their connections “What is your favorite resort?”. While your Facebook friend may have loved XYZ resort you may not know why and that reason could be exactly what you don’t want!

A travel advisor will work with you to discover what you personally want in a specific travel destination, whether you want great beaches, lots of activity or quiet solitude. Are you traveling solo or planning a trip for a group? Many factors come to play when choosing a type of trip and destination.

We also have experience and in-depth training on the types of travel we specialize in. I have gone to many all-inclusive resorts for site tours and have been specifically trained on selling those resort lines. Resorts have their own “personalities” so I can tell which resorts will be a good fit for particular clients.
Your time is valuable. Why spend hours looking at potentially photo-shopped pictures, reviews that may or may not be valid and price shopping when an expert can do it for you, for no cost!

We can also be your advocate. When was the last time you were able to talk to an actual person when you booked a trip through one of the online retailers, AAA or Costco. Likely, if you are able to connect with a person, it won’t be the agent that booked your trip. This person also may not care if you ended up in a room infested with bed bugs or your ocean view room is actually the side of a brick wall. We do care and will pull out all the stops to make sure you are taken care of.

Travel advisors strive to get to know our clients and make sure the trip we book for you is one that is a perfect fit and make lifetime memories. We want you to come back to us next time, and tell your friends!
